To the bank that we are capable of paying monthly dues, secured credit cards provide us with a very good option. Most of the bank-secured credit cards just allow us limited transaction that means we can only use the card for a limited number of times. The bank uses this method to protect against overdrafts. It’s also vey hard to shut a secured credit card – we would not get our deposit instantly. The bank would keep our money for some more time to ensure that we have not made any sketchy charges through that credit card.
